Mocha Tea Smoothie


Today I made a smoothie using @drinkprotea Mocha Tea Latte. This smoothie is a perfect morning treat balanced with protein and caffeine! 



  • Mocha Tea Latte (as needed)  
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of Frozen mango
  • 1 Tbsp of Almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of Rolled oats 
  • 1 Tsp of cocoa 

Place all ingredients into blender and add as much mocha tea latte as you like. I used about 1/4 cup to keep the smoothie thick. Once blended add into a cup or a bowl (if thick enough it can be a smoothie bowl). I topped my smoothie with coconut flakes and almonds.
